Prohibition Party Nominates Tetley for Governor in Concord
In Concord on March 22 the state convention of the Prohibition party nominated Rev. E. B. Tetley of Meredith for governor and Rev. A. Ye. Morrill of Laconia for congressman from the first district. S. D. Noyes of Colebrook named the second district candidate. The platform upheld absolute prohibition, equal suffrage, and government ownership of utilities. County officers and secretaries across Rockingham, Strafford, Merrimack, Hillsborough, and other counties were chosen as part of the convention.
