Rage on Lafayette Road Ends With Arrest of McCarthy
Police say Christopher McCarthy 22 of Kittery Maine sped toward an oncoming car on Lafayette Road near the high school. He was arrested by a sergeant who identified himself as an officer and a retired cop witness from out of state corroborated the incident. A stolen pager found in McCarthy's car will not prompt charges. Reckless conduct and reckless operation are to be forwarded with witness statements.
