York Dramatic club staged Seven Old Ladies of Lavender Town and The Marble Arch to a large audience. The remains of Mrs Lucy Sheafe Cushing daughter of the late Henry Sheafe of this city were brought from Jamaica Plain Massachusetts to inter in Harmony Grove cemetery yesterday afternoon. Rev Henry E Hovey conducted the Episcopal committal service at the grave.

Alborse driven by Spurr from Stratham rode a loaded boiler on a freight car when the driver lost control. The horse dashed across the track, hit a telegraph post, demolishing the cart.
