Exeter March Eliphalet Currier aged eighty five died at Hast Wings ton this morning of infirmities of advancing years. Born in the town he taught in nearby towns and later edited the Portsmouth Mercury and worked as a customs official. About forty five years ago he moved west to South Grove and pursued various ventures. His wife died six years ago and for two years he boarded in East Kingston. His nephew is Charles P. Currier of MIT. Burial will be at Oak Grove.
