Four Missing Fishermen Are Found
Four men in a 38 foot Portland fishing boat reported missing since Sunday were found Monday evening. Coast Guard from Base 5 Boston picked them up after a long exposure ordeal and the search involved vessels from Cape Elizabeth Gloucester and Portsmouth. They were being brought to Portland for care.

Haverhill Massachusetts March 7 Officials of the Shoe Workers Protective Union say 800 more shoe workers joined the strike in the shoe and wood heel industries bringing the total to 6300. They protest low wages long hours and poor health and morals conditions. Three plants remain unaffected but strikers anticipate full participation by night fall.
