Mrs Felix J LaBonte of Salmon Falls was notified by the war department that her husband S/Ser Felix J LaBonte USAAF gunner and Liberator crew member with the Eighth Bomber Command in England is missing after action over France February 2 when his aircraft did not return. The sergeant, a former Merrimac plant manager, married Helen Fhe of Salmon Falls two and a half years ago. He enlisted November 14, 1942, trained at Atlantic City and Harlingen Texas, and went overseas last December. He is the son of Mr and Mrs Marcel LaBonte of Haver Mass.
