Milton Wilfred Brown of Greenland died early this morning after a long illness. Born July 30, 1893 in Methuen Mass, he had worked as a machinist for General Electric in Lynn and later ran Brownie s Garage in Greenland. Survived by wife Myra Barnaby Brown, son Milton W., daughter Barbara Ann, all of Greenland, and aunt Mrs. Phebe Lattle of Billerica Mass.
Martin Sabiks of Foyes Corner Rye was bound over in 300 bail for larceny of a hot water heater. The case was heard in Portsmouth municipal court by Judge Jeremy R. Waldron and he was taken to Portsmouth jail this morning.
