Washington June 25 AP The PWA allotted 27 883 000 to the Navy Department for shipyard improvements. At the Portsmouth Navy Yard 40 000 was allotted for foundry building improvements 40 000 for extension of the electric manufacturing building and 100 000 for improvement of the powerplant.

The event featured a grand march led by officers Edward Johnson and others, with blue and white decorations and a ceremonial formation forming P H 8.
