Survived by his wife Antoinette and several children and relatives. Funeral arrangements include services at St Michael's Church followed by a private burial. Hebert A Walker Jr infant son of Mr and Mrs Robert Walker held funeral services today at Franklin G Wilson Funeral Home with burial planned in Highland Cemetery in Kittery spring burial. Survivors include parents a sister and grandparents from Kittery Rittere and Portsmouth.

Christmas Pageant Held in Rye Church
The Ive Petham Congregational Church Sunday School presented a Christmas pageant at the Rye church for parents and friends. The Junior Choir directed by Mrs Barbara Sykes sang carols in a candlelit setting with angels acting as a curtain between scenes. Rebecca Johnson played Mary and Richard Currier as Joseph in the Nativity, with Grade 7 boys David Pridhant Roger Philorer Fred Perkins and Theodore art lett as shepherds. The Three Whitmen were Grade 5 boys Anthony Aesehjimen Norman Carlson and George McCent. Eight angels were Grade 7 girls Judith Beane Cathy Duckworth Kimmler Mary Ann Rogers Sylvia Sturm Carole MacMallen Grace Yeaton and Susan Elsen. Mrs Sykes read the Christmas Story and her daughter Turdith, home from Smith College, played the plane. The Junior Choir included Helly Trefethen Cathy Emery Barbara Griffin Deborah Potvin Carol Spaeth Anda Smith Mary Von Werl Natalie Philbrick Nancy Snodgrass Sandra Rand Donna Richardson Marilyn Hatch Pamela Piche Pamela Horton Abby Rogers and Nancy Bromfield. Ushers were Leonard Duckworth and John Houston. Rev Adrien R Aeschliman closed the service with benediction. Following the pageant the vestry hosted a Christmas Party with the kindergarten children entertaining first, Santa arriving to distribute gifts, and refreshments ending the afternoon program.

Keith Fulton 21 of Bridgeport paid 150 for drunk driving on Route 1 in Ports mouth on Dec 22 and received a 60 day suspended sentence with a one year driving suspension in New Hampshire.
