Concord governors and council scolded Resources and Economic Development Commissioner John F. Rowe for not keeping the Advisory Commission on Resources and Economic Development better informed. BERLIN AP Four more escapes from East Germany were reported as Christmas holidays bring total to 14. A 19 year old climbed over the wall into West Berlin's Newkoells area. Three men forced barbed wire at the British sector border. a guard fired but they reached safety. Another group of four adults and four children drove a bus through auto checkpoint barriers near Leberg on the outskirts of West Berlin. The bus owner Hans Weidner 44 a war cripple on crutches planned the escape for months. Secretary of State Stark noted West Berlin reception for evacuees. A second holiday escape involved a border guard in uniform crossing with forms and weapons.
