Dover Man Killed in Christmas Eve Highway Crash

A Christmas Eve highway collision on the Daniel Webster Highway near Hooksett, New Hampshire killed 32 year old Ralph Downie of Dover and injured three others. Lt. Philip Robbins and two infected occupants were treated at Sacred Heart hospital. Roy of Suncook was detained for questioning as investigators worked the double accident sequence.

William McIlveen of Lafayette Road Hampton sustained a head injury after crashing into the toll house on the Mile Bridge at Hampton Beach just after 1 AM Christmas Day. Car Crash Near Salisbury Ends With Arrest on Reckless Driving

Claude E. Drew 28 and Raymond W. Thompson 30 of Salisbury were in a car that left the La Fayette highway at Salisbury at 3 30 a m Thursday and struck a pine. Drew was treated at Anna Jacques Hospital Newburyport for bruises and then arrested on reckless driving charges before being released on bail. Thompson was uninjured.
