Mt Vernon Illinois December 24 a jury found Lawrence M Hight and Mrs Ella Sweetin guilty of murdering her husband Wilford Sweetin by poison. Hight got life imprisonment while Mrs Sweetin was sentenced to 36 years in the penitentiary. jury reached verdict after 8:50 pm with unanimity for guilt though punishment differed. Attorneys will seek a new trial.
