El iot Word Langston, father of Mrs William Mosteller of Riverhead, built a major role in local development through land systems and construction. Born 1829 in Springfield Missouri, he held trades from cowboy to hardware dealer, and served as second president of the Fiona Bank of Orlando. He farmed a 71 acre property in North Carolina, was a Freemason, and a Methodist church member in Orlando. Survived by widow Jennie and daughters.
