Exeter Court Term Ends With Two Settled Cases

The October term of the superior court in Exeter closed after a short session with Judge W. Plum mer on the bench. Two cases were settled: an uncontested divorce Gertrude L Youngrom versus Arnold A Hayton and a mutuation dispute in George Wentworth et al. versus Chas A Blethen et al. The January term will not sit in Rockingham county. Judge Frammer Willeguin will preside.
