The School Board approved a fund to finance preliminary sketches and continued architect services for a proposed new senior high school. Concord, Dec 13 AP Ralph H. Seavey former Rochester official and now a Concord resident said he will not seek reappointment as sergeant at arms in the house of representatives. In the same report Thomas Andrews of Concord announces candidacy for the post. Both are Republicans.
