A Nottingham Tug from Portland delivered coal barges to the port this morning. The barge Shenandoah, towed by the tug International Hanson from Philadelphia, arrived and proceeded to Portland. The Torret Court is set to sail for Sydney Nova Scotia tomorrow morning, as the lower harbor fleet departed for various destinations. The Turret Court has been refitted with tubes during its visit.
