Missing 15 Men Feared Lost Off California Coast

AP report from San Diego details a coast guard and naval search for 15 men and two boats missing since November 21 near Santa Barbara island and Coronado Island. The seiner Fidelity and crew vanish after a Pacific storm, with 11 guard patrol boats scouring the area and hospital interns aboard a small missing craft. Fog hindered yesterday's thorough search as four men left San Diego for the islands.

Oklahoma Mine Disaster and Boston Surrender News

A gas explosion in the Hailey Ola No.5 mine near Wilburton Oklahoma killed thirty-eight miners and left many injured as rescue efforts continued. Separately Boston police veteran Oliver B Garrett surrendered at Suffolk County Jail after a long flight from charges including extortion and larceny, with bail arrangements pending.

Adjust Case in Superior Court in Rockingham County

In Rockingham County Superior Court Judge John Seamtol saw a case adjustment this morning. The action involved George E. Shannon Moses Goodman and Frank St Den nett versus Arthur C Raitt of Elliot and Mrr Raitt against George Shannon stemming from a Middlestreet 1928 automobile accident. Switnesses and jury were dismissed. Ernest L Guptill Ralph G McCarthy and John L Mitchell represented the plaintiffs with Hunkies and Burns of Dover for the defense.

Accident near Lafayette Road Injures Mrs Voudy and McDougal party

A two car collision on Lafayette Road near the Rye caused Mrs Voudy to suffer severe facial cuts. Mr Bs Morse of Thomas J A McDougal and Hawden of Rumford 6 were taken to Portsmouth hospital with multiple lacerations. Mrs McDougal and two other children escaped injury.
