Penham Aug 30 Raymond ONeil 39 of Lowell Mass badly burned when the car he was in overturned and burst into flames. Five other occupants including Richard Blake 18 of Lowell crawled from the sedan through a window. Miss Mary McCluskey 15 Norman Goggin 16 treated and released. Police say a rear tire blowout sent the car through a fence and down an eight foot embankment.
