Purnapunt Aug. 27. The record will say tomorrow that Albert H. O'Brien a prominent Philadelphia lawyer has been called into noting associate counsel for Admiral Schley in the approaching investigation. In the late 60s he was judge advocate of the West Indian fleet and in 1869 stationed at Annapolis where Schley was lieutenant commander. O'Brien resigned from the navy in 1875 and entered law practice in Philadelphia.
