Friendship arrives in Portsmouth on tall ship visit
The Friendship, a replica of a 1797 trading vessel from Salem Massachusetts, arrived at the state pier in Portsmouth Harbor Friday morning after a parade of boats. PMC Chair Mari Shults welcomed the crew and officials called the voyage a milestone as the ship sails for its first trip away from Massachusetts waters. Seacoast robber sentenced for triple bank robberies
Baden Hughes, 26, of Kittery Maine, was sentenced to 57 months in prison for his role in two bank robberies and aiding a third.
