Youth Held for Murder in Houston Case
Percy Paul a 16 year old Indian was arraigned in Municipal Court on a murder charge after the body of Sterling Thibo Thibo de an was found in a brook near Perham. He pleaded not guilty and was held without bail for the November grand jury term. The deputy sheriff and an attorney general agent said Paul confessed to killing the boy by driving him against a log by the river while he was bathing.
