One year after a Portsmouth 350 Parade planning began chairmen William Elwell and Azio Ferrini announce a complete parade with about 200 volunteers in committees. Units, routes, and a 2 pm August 19 start at Jenkins and Pleasant are set, with dispersal at multiple venues and a Lafayette Road reviewing stand.
