Seacoast obstetricians and gynecologists say high malpractice insurance costs threaten their practices. Six local OB/GYNs urged lawmakers to pass House Bill 1413 to curb lawsuit costs. Average annual insurance now around 50 000 dollars, with costs up about 50 percent in two years.
