Delgado Surrenders After Wanay Insurgent Split
General Delgado, once a Wanay insurgent leader, surrendered voluntarily in Iloilo Panay after a November breakup of forces. A truce with Major Noble led Delgado and staff to Licolo where they surrendered to General Hughes. Remnant command of seven men urged to come in as mountain strongholds in Cadiz province resist.
