Local forecast shows fair weather in Boston on Tuesday and Wednesday with fresh West winds. In Maine the outlook is fair Tuesday and Wednesday after snow along the coast with northwesterly gales diminishing.
Portland report shows morning conditions with barometer 20.742 and NE winds 16 mph. Light snow continues with temperature 16 degrees and dew point 10. Evening reading records barometer 20.260 with NW winds 16 mph and similar light snow, high 16 and low 11 degrees.
