ENMU honors donors with Whitehead Field groundbreaking
ENMU unveiled Whitehead Field at Greyhound Stadium named for 1955 graduate Al Whitehead who donated 500000 for the project. Groundbreaking saw construction begin with a 13.5 million complex set for completion next June and a first game in September 2016. Richard Griffith donated 400000 and pressed to keep the stadium on campus.

Relay For Life Raises Funds At Roosevelt County Fair
About 26 teams represented the community in the Roosevelt County Fair Relay For Life event raising money for the American Cancer Society. Anne Clark, 63, lost her son at 18 and supports research and treatment while honoring victims and survivors. funds also aid the Hope Lodge in Lubbock where her father stayed during his cancer battle.
