LOLITA Rockne M. Schaffer will assume general manager duties of the Point Comfort & Northern Railroad on February 1, succeeding Carl E. Partlow who retires Friday. The PC&N, a subsidiary of Aluminum Company of America, serves Alcoa Point Comfort operations and connects with Missouri Pacific. Partlow began as Alton & Southern apprentice in 1937 and led PC&N since 1948.
