In Judge Joe E. Kelly's 24th District Court on Tuesday, Lucy Rubio received a five year prison term plus a $100 fine after a forgery conviction and probation violation. Dennis Moore was sentenced to three years for unauthorized use of a vehicle and probation violation. Eligio Delgado, facing a rape of a juvenile charge, was fined $500 and jailed six months for contempt. his second trial is set for December 7.
