Traveling salesman nabbed in Hillsboro extortion trap
A Burleson salesman stopped to discard a bottle beside Texas 122 and was arrested after a bag from Citizens National Bank of Hillsboro containing cash and receipts was found in a trashcan. The man, later cleared by a polygraph, said he was only returning to Hillsboro when the trap was sprung by bank officials and law officers led by FBI and Texas Rangers.
