The 38th Texas International Fishing Tournament will run August 4 to 8 in South Padre Island, the year’s largest South Texas sporting event. Tournament president Wayne Grayson says record catches are expected with marlin tuna sailfish and tarpon as the main attractions, plus divisions and trophies for various categories.
