STI Offers Specialized Classes at Harlingen Institute
STI in Harlingen offers free or reduced fee education and vocational training for 16 to 45 year olds who may be disadvantaged. The program aims to help students earn a GED and prepare for employment with courses in welding automotive service and more. Classes run 8 am to 5 pm five days weekly under Dagoberto Barrera.
