Port Isabel to Hold Bond Election and Housing Bids
The City of Port Isabel plans an August 15 1963 election to issue 100000 wharf bonds 33000 street bonds and 12000 sewer bonds with tax levies and a sinking fund. City officials announce the Housing Authority will accept bids by September 5 1963 for Tex-173-2 public housing project at Port Isabel with plans from architect Robert W Buck and a 5 percent bid bond requirement.
