Humiston Haven officials learned a town mix up over an 80 foot wide city right of way on Lowell Avenue while planning a 20 space parking lot in front of the nursing home at 300 W. Lowell Ave. The council unanimously allowed continued parking lot construction as the disputed land is city property.
