Identify Body Found In Mackinaw River Near Pekin

Authorities identified the body of a man found shot to death and floating in the Mackinaw River Monday night. The victim was named Tuesday as Lynn Penrod, 23, of Bourbonnais near Kankakee. Police said he was shot in the head and right arm and had been in the river for several days before a fisherman found it.
