Frank Maxwell Raisbeck 81, of Quincy formerly Odell, died Tuesday at Blessing Hospital after hospitalization since December 22. Funeral Friday in Quincy with graveside rites at Hampton Cemetery, survived by wife Catharine, two daughters, six grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren. He was a former wholesale food salesman and long active in local civic and church groups. Memorials suggested to Quincy First Union Congregational Church.
