Conrad M. Barth 73 of Minonk died at 9 50 am Tuesday in St Mary's Hospital Streator after a four day hospitalization. His funeral will be 2 pm Friday at St Paul's United Church of Christ with Rev Edwin F Riske officiating. Burial in Minonk Cemetery. Friends may call after 4 pm Thursday at Wilcox Folkers Memorial Home and Friday afternoon at the church. He was born March 7 1896 in Minonk son of Michael and Minnie Kell Barth. He married Elizabeth H Cramer April 8 1919 in Minonk. She died May 14 LGH. Surviving are two daughters Mildred Falk Flanagan and Emma Knight Normal two sisters Kathryn Kanive Rutland and Minnie V Barth Minonk two brothers Lawrence Minonk Michael Flanagan and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister and a brother. He was a member of St Paul's United Church of Christ and worked at Caterpillar Tractor Co 25 years retiring in 1962. He served one term as alderman of the third ward.

Lloyd S Aberle sues Chestnut Hazen Oil to recover 20000 for injuries from a two vehicle collision at 2 a.m. December 27 1968 at the U S 66 and House 24 intersection in Chenoa Hazen. Aberle alleges he was in a semi for Lady Montorfare Inc and requests a jury trial.
