Worcester man Jacob J. Gordon declares himself a presidential candidate on the National Government ticket. His platform calls for troop withdrawal from Vietnam in 72 hours, a guaranteed income, debt abolition, labor union elimination, tax cuts, and removal of lawyers as judges.
