Judge Green Interlocutory Order in Bermuda Court

In the Court of Vice-Admiralty Bermuda Judge Green grants ninety days to obtain official information on neutral trading to Hispaniola. He defers final sentence in the libel of the Retrieve against the Betsey, orders delivery of the vessel and cargo to the claimant upon security, or to the claimant upon restitution if refused, promulgated April 25, 1795.

Indemnifying Bond Facilitated Release of Betsey Cargo
