Wedding at Lake Chobort Campsites in Methodist Ceremony
Yesterday at noon the marriage of George Wo OE Johnsen and Mie Sylvig Weeks was officiated by Rev. W. H. Lease with Harry Thoma and Esther Dahl as attendants. The couple planned a short reception at the Methodist Camp grounds and will spend a few days there. The bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Warren Weeks, retired as a rural schoolteacher after Leaven high school, and the groom is the son of Mrs. Cros. Johnemn, who has managed the family farm since his father's death. The ceremony drew about 1,66 attendees and featured readings by Austie Dilweker and Rev. B. Kall, among others, with addresses urging civic duty and community service.
