Windsor ward marks its twenty-fifth anniversary with a ground breaking for a new Amusement Hall to include a dance hall stage banquet room and Relief Society rooms. The celebration features box lunches games a concert by high school bands and a historical drama recalling ward history with key early figures and leaders. The event honors past leaders and the ward’s progress as invitations go to all families who ever lived in Windsor ward with visitors expected from distant points.

Funeral services for Gary B. Smith two year old son of Russell and Irene Johnson Smith were held in the Lindon ward chapel Sunday at 2 p.m. under the bishopric with speakers Patriarch David B. The grave was dedicated by Bishop Leonard Walker with invocation by Alroy Gillman and the benediction by Jesse Thorne.
