Young Mother Florence Johnson Richins Dies at Home

Florence Johnson Richins died Sunday evening at her Lakeview home of a heart attack. Born February 23, 1889, she was married to Alfred Richins 12 years ago and they resided in this city. Surviving are her husband, three daughters Cora 11, Mary 7, Glenda 7, her mother Minnie Johnson of Lakeview, and brothers and sisters including Layfuyots Giavenier, Jennings, Vernile, Eldoc, Mra Lowell Davis of Vernon, and Mrs Weal Tobler of Ranves Colorado. Funeral services were held Wednesday in the Timpanogos stake tabernacle under the First Ward bishopric. Interment was in Pleasant Grove cemetery.

Hatch fatally injured in Panguitch crash

Ina W. Hatch fatally injured and six others hurt in an automobile accident near Panguitch on Tuesday. Mr. Hatch, born 1852 near Park City, was a pioneer and interpreter who lived in Panguitch with several daughters and sons. He was en route to Moab with his daughter after attending his wife's funeral last week. Surviving are four daughters, four sons, his wife Mary Denster Hatch, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
