Florence Johnson Richins died Sunday evening at her Lakeview home of a heart attack. Born February 23, 1889, she was married to Alfred Richins 12 years ago and they resided in this city. Surviving are her husband, three daughters Cora 11, Mary 7, Glenda 7, her mother Minnie Johnson of Lakeview, and brothers and sisters including Layfuyots Giavenier, Jennings, Vernile, Eldoc, Mra Lowell Davis of Vernon, and Mrs Weal Tobler of Ranves Colorado. Funeral services were held Wednesday in the Timpanogos stake tabernacle under the First Ward bishopric. Interment was in Pleasant Grove cemetery.

Ina W. Hatch fatally injured and six others hurt in an automobile accident near Panguitch on Tuesday. Mr. Hatch, born 1852 near Park City, was a pioneer and interpreter who lived in Panguitch with several daughters and sons. He was en route to Moab with his daughter after attending his wife's funeral last week. Surviving are four daughters, four sons, his wife Mary Denster Hatch, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Lavan Earl describes his recent trip to Berlin for the World Olympic Games, meeting missionaries and Brigham Young University staff, noting fourth place by a Barkettis athlete, and detailing a Dresden art gallery seen on his travels with impressions of the Black Rose display and the sewer workers of the world.

Dr Howard R Driggs representing Utah Land Marks Association spoke in Pleasant Grove urging the erection of a cobblestone monument near Battle Creek Canyon. The meeting at City Park included Pioneer Cabin members, city council, chamber of commerce members, and other prominent citizens.
