He attended Montana State College Bozeman under the Army Specialized Training Reserve before entering active duty in February 1945 and joined the occupational forces in December 1945. He is now chief clerk in the ordinance department of the wing and plans a career in the regular army. Remember the date Wednesday.

Jon Van Wagner 72, longtime Pleasant Grove real estate developer, died Monday at his Salt Lake City home after a long illness. Native of Midway, he moved to Pleasant Grove 20 years ago, built several key local buildings, and later lived in Salt Lake City. Survived by six sons Thorn Kenneth Hoyd and Dale in Salt Lake City, Low Van Wagner of American Fork, Brigham Van Wagner of Bakersfield, and Blanche V Moulton of Heber, plus seven siblings. Funeral rites were held at 180 Athelack on to Midway First Ward.
