iT A presented a free Wednesday evening picture show at Central School to educate patrons on visual education. Willam McSwain of Salt Lake led a lecture on geography history and literature, while a sample travelogue and educational reels showcased the value of cinema for schools and access to visual teaching tools. The event included a discussion on adopting a cinema machine for the school.
The third ward stage entry stake M I A road show will be presented November 25 with Mrs Monon directing and Lonike Nielson assisting. The cast includes Mr Jennings Fred Mrs Jennings Mrs Ber Rumumon George Jennings Harvey Betty Jennings Carol Jane Murial Worthen Joe Hilton Mrs Carly len Betty West and officers Lan wi Schulte Dale Fugal Anwood.
Amateurs from the Pleasant Wik school presented a theater demonstration Tuesday evening in the First NTA. Hess Bean was portrayed by MTA West with Beehive chorus, solos by West and Beehive performers, and a word exercise segment led by Marilyn Rich and Ora Smith.
A painting titled The West Vision by Nelson Hanson will be unveiled in the Third Ward Chapel auditorium this Sunday evening. The event includes a brief presentation, a talk, and musical selections by the Hanson family and guests Mrs. Ethel A Carlson and Mrs. Lydia.

The F. D. Atwood family led a Sunday evening family program with Irwin Jensen Donna Neves and Jeannie West in the Third ward. Bishop Joseph Walker sponsored it and F. D. Atwood organized and preached. Maxine Atwood gave a Thanksgiving story and musical numbers by Margaret Lynn Atwood and Jensen accompanied solos by Jeanne West and Donna Neves.

Friday the thirteenth of December marks Pleasant Grove High School's annual band dance. Howard Nelson's orchestra provides music. Band committees will donate refreshments to raise funds for blue trousers to complete uniforms. A junior high dance team assists in the review with ten girls chosen by faculty advisors.

A reception was held Friday evening in the Third ward chapel by Mr and Mrs HM Nelson for their daughter Mildred Nelson and her husband Melvin Warner married last Wednesday at Hine Salt Lake temple. Guests included bridesmaids Darlene Nix Della Warren and Nelda Warner with music and readings by a long roster of locals. the event featured Minx Larson and orchestra, vocal solos, instrumental groups, and family participants.
The Ward Ambush club staged a ward dance on a TAR day evening with NL 1. A. of Ute Pir members attending. Mr A tanvea presided as host, while Mr and Mrs W Hilton coordinated arrangements.
