Funeral services for Fay T Adams were conducted last Wednesday afternoon in the large First Ward chapel. Bishop Lewis Olpin led the service with singing, speeches, and prayer. Interment followed in Pleasant Grove City Cemetery with pallbearers Oscar Evans Reed Orton Earl Loader Verl Zabriskie Robert Gardiner and Theodore Martineau.

The M L A of Manila ward held a Thursday night basket party in the ward recreation hall. Each girl prepared a lunch basket sold at auction to the young men amid keen bidding and merriment. Games and old time dances entertained as M I A Officers led, with Annie Thayne and Davis Stewart guiding activity and Victor and Beattice Stokes directing the dances.

Relative Attend Funeral In Declo For Lorin Weeks
Relatives of Lorin Weeks gathered for his funeral at the Declo Ward Chapel on Sunday at 2 p.m. The service followed Weeks death from injuries in an automobile accident. Speakers included Vilace Radmall. Attendees from Utah included Mrs. Sophia Weeks Crookston and Robert Crookston of American Fork, Gray Weeks of Salt Lake City, and Clarence Weeks of Clearfield. WN West was brought to a Salt Lake City hospital for medical care.

Future Farmer officers from the Timpanogos Chapter led by President Lowell Gillman attended a leadership meeting at Provo High School on Thursday November 16.
