The body came from Los Angeles and was accompanied by Henry Nielson John Morgan and son Lyman. The Nielson family stayed with aunt Minnie Anderson until Sunday evening.
Merlyn Wadley son of Mr and Mrs R D Wadley of Pleasant Grove and Verla Ball of Lehi were married in a Salt Lake City ceremony on Wednesday.
Mr and Mrs R D Wadley announce the engagement of their daughter Lucille to Phil Hansen son of Mrs A K Hansen of Richfield The marriage is planned for November 16 in St Louis Missouri The bride to be is a former Brigham Young University student and has taught in Alpine school district Mr Hansen served a mission in Germany attended University of Utah one year and graduates from Boise State University He is currently at Washington University medical school in St Louis
Norvel Driggs of this city and Zina Marie Madsen daughter of Mr and Mrs Clarence Madsen of Gunnison were married in Gunnison Saturday evening with Bishop John Anderson officiating. A dinner followed at the Madsen home with close relatives present. After a short visit the couple will reside at the Ennis Driggs home in Pleasant Grove.

Miles Harris twelve, son of Mr and Mrs Leonard Harris was accidentally shot in the hip during a pheasant hunt in the Vineyard district Monday. Frank Williams and his son Duanne also hunted with Miles and his father. a pheasant rose and Williams’ shot went astray striking Miles in the fleshy part of the leg. The injury is serious but not considered life threatening. Miles remains at home with his parents.
