R W Bradford and son Dick and Leon Smith and local Shetland Pony raisers spent Thursday to Saturday in Twin Falls Idaho for a Shetland Pony Show and Auction. The Bradfords sold three ponies including a top mare bringing 2600 dollars at the Pleasant Grove sale. Air Smith reported 160 grades and 53 registered ponies on display at Dein Palls auction with two pride mares sold for 3100 dollars and several registered sires sold at 2000 dollars each. The party returned with top registered and top grade fillies to add to their stock. They then journeyed to Nebraska City and Mabornmay Pony Fan RW Stadfornd with eight ponies from the Bradford Farm.

The Pleasant Grove Riding Club held a meeting at the Pleasant Grove Arena with President Kenneth R. Gillman presiding.
