A farewell testimonial honoring Robert E Walker will be held Sunday evening March 2 at the Vineyard ward chapel at 7:00. He departs for LDS mission field after the service. Walker, son of Mr and Mrs Lawrence Walker, is a 1942 graduate of the local high school and attended BYU one year before 84 months in the U S Maritime Service. He served as third mate on Atlantic and Pacific routes. On April 7 he enters the LDS mission school in Salt Lake City and will depart for the New England States mission.
