State Senator Hughes Brockbank will address the annual Chamber of Commerce banquet at Pleasant Grove High School lunch room on Friday December 31 at 7 30 p m. Brockbank a Salt Lake City civic leader and former Utah Jaycee president is expected to energize the gathering. Ballots for the annual election were mailed and must be returned by Monday January 27.
