Strawberry Days Rodeo will be staged June 15 16 and 17 under new sponsorship by the Chamber of Commerce replacing city sponsorship. Tuttle Returns From South American Mission Tour
Elder A. Theodore Ruttis of the First Council of Seventy has returned to Pleasant Grove after a two month visit with President Joseph Fielding Smith and Mrs. Smith. They toured church missions in Central and South America including Brazil and Argentina. Elder Tuttle noted historic firsts for an Apostle and First Council of Seventy member visiting the Latin American missions since their 1925 dedication, and cited growing missionary activity and 800 missionaries in the field.
