Lynn M. Paulson son of Mrs Deane Paulson Pleasant Grove was sustained as second counselor in the Ogden East Stake presidency of the LDS Church. He has taught in the LDS Church School system since 1958 and is assigned to the Ogden LDS Institute near Weber College. He has served in the bishopric a stake missionary and on the high council for 20 years. His wife is the former Nora Carlisle of Alpine. they live at 2625 Fillmore Ave Ogden with their four children.

Pleasant Grove City Recreation announces March activities with registration on Tuesday Feb 29 from 3 15 to 6 pm at the junior high south entrance. Baton twirling and dancing classes will run weekly and Saturdays, with programs for ages 4 to 12 and 5 to 9 year olds, taught by instructors Susan Facer and Mrs Adrian Payne. Cost is 3 00 for a 10 hour course or 10 week sessions. Classes begin Saturday Mar 4.
